【전북교육신문】전북특별자치도가 민선 9기 경제 비전으로 ‘내일을 바꾸는 체감경제’를 제시하고 지역 자본과 기업, 인재가 함께 성장하는 자립형 경제 구축에 나선다.

핵심은 지역 투자 생태계 구축이다. ‘전북성장 주식회사’와 5조원 규모의 ‘미래성장펀드’, 제3금융중심지를 연계해 지역 내 투자와 자금 선순환 체계를 만든다는 구상이다. 제3금융중심지는 자산운용과 농생명, 기후·에너지 등 3대 특화금융을 중심으로 육성하고 국제금융센터 건립도 추진한다.
기업 성장 지원도 강화한다. 복합 창업공간인 ‘전북스타트업파크’를 구축해 공간·자금·멘토링·판로 개척 등을 지원하고, 성장 가능성이 높은 기업에 대한 투자를 확대해 매출 1,000억원 이상 ‘전북형 스타기업’ 100개를 육성한다는 목표다.
소상공인과 골목상권 지원도 확대한다. 2027년부터 지역 브랜드의 전국 진출과 온라인 판로 확대를 지원하고 공동도매 물류센터를 구축해 물류비 부담을 낮출 계획이다. ‘찾아가는 원스톱 성장지원센터’를 통해 창업부터 경영, 폐업·재기까지 통합 지원하는 체계도 마련한다.

A system will also be established through the 'On-the-Go One-Stop Growth Support Center' to provide integrated support from starting a business to management, closure, and revival.
Yoo Hee-sook, head of the North Jeolla Province Business Attraction Support Office, stated, "The Sensory Economy is a single economic engine where various policies interlock like gears," and added, "We will grow our capital to nurture our businesses, and ensure that their growth leads to vitality in various parts of the region."
