식단은 밥과 국, 주메뉴 1개, 부메뉴 2개, 김치로 구성하며 실제 학교급식에 활용할 수 있도록 조리 적합성과 대중성, 영양적 가치 등을 고려해야 한다.
참가 신청은 10월 2일 오후 6시까지이며, 전북교육청은 서류심사를 거쳐 본선 진출 10개 팀을 선정한다. 본선은 11월 7일 전주대학교 한식조리학과 조리실에서 열리며 참가팀은 60분 동안 직접 요리 실력을 겨룬다.
대상 1팀을 비롯한 본선 진출 10개 팀 모두에게 교육감상과 상금이 수여되며, 우수 레시피는 학교급식 현장에서 활용할 수 있도록 공유할 예정이다.

Applications are open until 6 p.m. on October 2nd, and after document screening, the Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education will select 10 teams for the final round. The final round will take place on November 7th at the cooking lab of Jeonju University's Department of Korean Culinary Arts, where participating teams will compete in cooking skills for 60 minutes.
All 10 teams that advance to the final round, including the winning team, will receive commendations and cash prizes, and outstanding recipes will be shared for use in school meal services.
