전북특별자치도가 2026년 여성농업인의 영농 부담을 줄이고 삶의 질을 높이기 위해 총 128억 원을 투입, 11개 복지사업을 확대 추진한다.
도는 20일 농작업과 가사·육아를 병행하는 여성농업인의 현실을 반영해 돌봄과 건강, 작업환경 개선 중심의 지원을 강화한다고 밝혔다.
주요 사업은 ▲여성농업인 생생카드 지원 ▲농작업 편의장비 보급 ▲특수건강검진 지원 ▲출산여성 농가도우미 및 영농도우미 지원 ▲농번기 공동급식 ▲들녘 친환경 화장실 설치 등이다.
여성농업인 생생카드는 20세 이상 75세 미만 농어촌 거주 여성농어업인에게 연 13만 원 상당의 농협카드 포인트를 지원한다. 농작업 편의장비 보급사업은 충전식 전기톱, 잡초제거기 등 10종 중 1종을 50만 원 한도(자부담 20% 포함) 내에서 지원한다.
특수건강검진은 51~80세 여성농업인을 대상으로 농작업 질환 예방을 위해 연중 실시한다. 출산여성 농가도우미 지원은 출산 전 30일부터 출산 후 1년 이내 최대 100일까지, 일 9만 원(자부담 10% 포함) 기준으로 지원하며, 영농도우미는 최대 10일까지 농가부담금을 보조한다.

올해는 특수건강검진 상한 연령을 80세까지 확대하고, 출산여성 농가도우미 지원기간을 출산 후 1년까지 연장하는 등 지원 범위를 넓혔다.
