【전북교육신문】전북교육청미래교육연구원은 6일 전주평화의전당 유항검홀에서 교원과 교육전문직원 400여 명을 대상으로 미래교육 특강 ‘인공지능(AI) 시대, 학교 교육의 방향을 묻다!’를 개최했다.
이번 특강은 생성형 AI를 넘어 에이전트 AI 시대로 전환되는 교육환경 속에서 학교 교육의 본질을 되돌아보고, 미래사회가 요구하는 학교와 교사의 역할을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다.
강사로 나선 김승일 모두의연구소 소장은 “AI는 이미 정보를 찾고 분석하며 문제를 해결하는 영역에서 인간을 빠르게 뛰어넘고 있다”며 “학교는 지식 전달 공간을 넘어 학생들이 질문하고 사고하며 협력하는 액티브 러닝의 공간으로 변화해야 한다”고 말했다.
김 소장은 이어 “AI 사용 여부를 고민하는 시대는 지났다”며 “교사는 정답을 알려주는 사람이 아니라 학생들의 사고를 촉진하고 질문을 이끄는 학습 디자이너가 돼야 한다”고 강조했다.
김정기 원장은 “AI 기술은 교육의 방법을 바꿀 수는 있지만 교육의 목적까지 대신할 수는 없다”며 “교원의 미래교육 전문성을 높일 수 있는 연수를 지속적으로 운영하겠다”고 밝혔다.
