전주시는 전북특별자치도청 북문과 맞닿은 마전들로(완산구 효자동3가 일원)에 노상주차장 84면을 조성해 오는 10월부터 정식 운영할 계획이라고 9일 밝혔다.
이를 위해 시는 지난달 공사에 착수했으며, 오는 8월 준공 이후에는 시범운영을 거쳐 본격적인 운영 준비에 나설 예정이다.
