새만금개발청은 24일 오전 군산시청 민방위상황실에서 시민 200여 명이 참석한 가운데 주민설명회를 열었다. 그러나 개발청 측은 별도의 자료집 없이 국토연구원 관계자의 약 30분간 프레젠테이션만으로 설명을 진행했다.
