【전북교육신문】제9회 전주국제단편영화제가 오는 17일부터 21일까지 5일간 전주 CGV 고사점에서 개최된다. 올해 슬로건은 ‘ㅅ+로운 프레임, 또다른 롱테이크’로, 신설된 세로영화를 포함해 단편영화의 멈추지 않는 도전을 이어가겠다는 의지를 담았다.
