【전북교육신문】전북특별자치도는 지역사회 발전과 도민의 긍지를 드높인 모범 도민에게 수여하는 도내 최고 권위의 상인 ‘제31회 자랑스러운 전북인대상’ 수상자 4명을 최종 선정했다고 22일 밝혔다.
올해에는 전북특별자치도는 후보자 추천위원회와 시·군 및 기관·단체로부터 추천받은 후보자들을 대상으로 서류 심사, 현지 조사와 예비·본심사 등 엄격한 심사 과정을 거쳐 분야별 수상자를 결정했다.
이번에 선정된 수상자는 ▲ 혁신대상에 허석봉, ▲ 경제대상에 김윤권, ▲ 문화대상에 이광진님 ▲ 나눔대상에 김두봉 총 4명이다.
혁신대상 수상자 허석봉 ㈜덕산에테르씨티 전무이사는 도내 생산 탄소섬유를 활용한 Type4 초고압(700bar급) 수소저장용기 기술 개발 및 국산화를 주도해 국제 인증을 획득하고, 완주테크노밸리 제2일반산단 내 대규모 생산공장 준공 및 추가 투자협약을 견인하여 전북 수소산업 생태계 고도화와 양질의 일자리 창출에 앞장선 공로를 인정받았다.
경제대상 수상자 김윤권 ㈜참고을 대표(김제상공회의소 초대 회장)는 지속적인 생산시설 투자와 사업 확장을 통해 지역 제조산업 발전과 양질의 일자리 창출에 기여하고, 김제상공회의소 설립을 주도해 지역 경제계의 구심점을 마련하는 한편, 지역인재 채용과 산학협력, 매년 1억원 이상 기부를 통한‘전북1호 나눔 명문기업’등재로 상생 문화를 선도한 공로를 인정받았다.
문화대상 수상자 이광진 (사)한국공예문화협회 이사장은 850여 회의 전시와 작품 활동을 통해 공예예술 발전에 앞장서고, 27년간 대학에서 후학을 양성했으며, 익산한국공예대전 개최와 공예미술관 설립 추진 등을 이끌며 지역 공예문화 저변 확대와 도민의 문화향유 기회 증진에 기여한 공로를 인정받았다
나눔대상 수상자 김두봉 (사)대한노인회 전북도연합회 회장은 독립 노인회관 건립과 실무 종사자 처우 개선 체계를 마련해 안정적인 노인 복지 인프라를 구축하였으며, 2013년부터 취약계층 학생 286명에게 장학금을 지원하고 도내 26개 향교 제례비 지원 및 무료 인성교육 프로그램 ‘일요학교’를 장기 운영하며 세대 간 화합과 나눔 실천에 헌신한 공로를 인정받았다.

Over 27 years, he has nurtured successors in universities, led the organization of the Iksan Korea Craft Fair, and promoted the establishment of a craft art museum, contributing to the expansion of local craft culture and enhancing cultural enjoyment opportunities for residents.
Kim Du-bong, the winner of the Sharing Award and the Chairman of the Jeonbuk Province Union of the Korean Elderly Association, established an independent elderly community center and established a system to improve the working conditions of staff, thereby building a stable elderly welfare infrastructure. Since 2013, he has provided scholarships to 286 students from vulnerable backgrounds, supported 26 local Confucian academies with ritual expenses, and operated a long-term free character education program called 'Sunday School,' dedicating himself to intergenerational harmony and sharing practices.
