Jeonbuk Hyundai will play their 2026 K3 League home opener against Daejeon Korail FC at Wanju Public Sports Park on the 15th at 2 p.m.

Team N suffered a disappointing loss in their season opener away game against Gyeongju Hwansung FC, delaying their first win of the season to the next match.

Through this home opener, they aim to turn the tide and secure their first win of the season.

Team N is a key team in the club's player development system, nurturing young players through real game experience to excel in the future at Jeonbuk Hyundai A Team.

In particular, Team N is helping players enhance their competitiveness by consistently participating in matches and serving as a stepping stone for them to challenge the K League 1 stage.

Ahead of this season, the team has been restructured with the addition of new staff, including head coach Kwon Sun-hyung, coach Jung Da-hyun, and physical coach Lee Jung-woo.

Goalkeeper coach Hwang Hee-hoon, who coached the A team goalkeeper last season, will now take on the role.

The team has strengthened its lineup with players who have experience in the K League, such as Kim Ha-joon and Kim Jun-young, who returned after loan spells in K League 2.

Additionally, the team has bolstered its competitiveness with the addition of Kim Young-hwan from Cheongju FC, Lee Sang-myeong from Cheonan City FC, and Choi Jin-woong.

Their opponents, Daejeon Korail, finished fourth in the 2025 K3 League with a record of 14 wins, 7 draws, and 7 losses.

Jeonbuk Hyundai Director Lee Do-hyun stated, "Team N is a team where young players grow through real game experience and strive to challenge the A team stage," adding, "We will show the fans a good performance in the home opener to kick off the new season."
